Worse than that - we're going to have to face criminals with badges carrying out tyrannical orders, trying to steal our guns and force us from our homes.

:D After Katrina I made myself up 16 new identities in case my area is declared a disaster and they send FEMA in to make it worse.

Each identity has five kids and a deceased wife.

I am ready...the one black lady with nine fake children who received $125,000.00 in FEMA debit cards is my new hero.

Be prepared...that's my motto.

Yeah...she was mentally incompetent...so no charges were ever filed...damn ain't that a mystery for the FEMA record books :>).

She was also conveniently robbed by a scumball Hispanic gang after cashing in her stash of FEMA debit cards at a dozen ATM machines too...a real tear jerker...poor lady.

Unfortunately I have an oversupply of Hispanic gangs in my area too...I'll have to be extra careful at the ATMs.

Yep.....that's my assumption as well.

Fortunately, that will only apply in small, localized events such as Katrina.

Should a national SHTF deal come down, there simply won't be enough badge carrying criminals to go around and thus have to fool with.

Now that we've all had NO as a warning shot across the bow, I wouldn't be surprised if the government agencies find themselves under more opposition from citizens next time. Last time there was confusion in the midst of the crisis about what the government was doing or trying to do. Now we know, and we know they're of little use to us and not acting to the benefit of citizens stuck in the crisis. I think...I hope.... there will be more nationwide backlash against FEMA and politicians the next time they try to stand in the way of those needing aid.
